The name Indigo Insights comes from the Quantum Biofeedback Device I work with – “The Indigo.” This is a machine that measures the frequencies in your body and energy field and then provides “Insights” about your vibrational state.  I use this machine for hair scans and also remote energetic tune-ups.

The theme of gaining deeper insights into your wellbeing continues with the in-person healing sessions I offer, called Origin Release Sessions.

These sessions work at a deep emotional and energetic level to identify and release the original creation point of patterns that may still be influencing your life today.

The process traces issues back to where they first began. This may include unresolved childhood experiences, significant life events, past lives, ancestral patterns, or influences of a spiritual nature. By working at the origin of these imprints, trapped emotions can be released along with the patterns and programmes that may be holding you back.
